Return & Refund Policy

At Gilded Tone, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our kitchenware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our straightforward return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, any kitchen tools or cookware that have been used for food preparation cannot be returned.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gildedtone.com.

  • Return Address: All authorized returns should be sent to our corporate logistics office:

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Send a clear photo of the issue to support@gildedtone.com.

  • We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Used Kitchenware: Items that show signs of food use, heat damage, or washing.

  • Custom/Personalized Goods: Any items made to order or personalized.

  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased during a "Final Sale" event.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
