1. Processing Time

We treat every piece of kitchenware with care. Once your order is placed:

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to quality-check, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive a notification email as soon as your package is handed over to our carrier.

2. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate applies to all international orders.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over $49.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key. Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.

  • Update Delay: It may take 1–3 days for the carrier’s system to reflect the initial movement of your package. Rest assured, your order is on its way even if the link doesn't update immediately.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, Gilded Tone ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations regarding kitchenware imports.

6. Address Modifications & Cancellations

Accuracy is essential for timely delivery.

  • If you need to correct your address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@gildedtone.com within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once the processing phase is complete and the label is issued, we are unable to redirect or cancel the shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives with defects, please email us a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will reship your order immediately.
